Deliveries have a carbon impact and that's why we support innovative companies that remove carbon from the air .

Together, the participating companies already have:

• Removed thousands of tons of carbon from the atmosphere
• Ensured carbon neutral shipments for over ten million orders

Here's how it works:

For each order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on these estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been evaluated by scientists at Carbon Direct . These companies use this money to eliminate as much carbon as our shipments have generated. Any excess funds are dedicated to further development of carbon removal technologies.

For example, “Grassroots Carbon” and “Mast Reforestation” are among the companies that eliminate emissions from our shipments.
